Due to the global pandemic, shipment of products from our manufacturer and our fulfillment center has potential for a delay. The Little Red Wolf team is working hard to ensure all products are shipped in a timely manner. Unfortunately, we cannot control the process in which carriers operate. Frequently check your confirmation email to track your package for estimated arrival.

Q. WHO IS LITTLE RED FOX?

A. Little Red Fox was founded by a Latina who immigrated to Canada with her family at the age of 5. Little Red Fox is staunchly anit-racist and fights to dismantle systemic racism and inequity that is pervasive across North America. 

Little Red Fox helps to empower women and marginalized individuals in North America by way of donating all proceeds to organizations in need. Each month a new organization will be chosen in order to help achieve this mission.

Q. WHERE WILL PROCEEDS BE DONATED?

A. Every month a new organization will receive all proceeds from the site. This month proceeds are being donated to the Grassroots Law Project (https://www.grassrootslaw.org/cases).

Q. HOW CAN I GET LITTLE RED FOX TO SUPPORT MY ORGANIZATION?

A. Email us at Littleredfoxapprel@gmail.com. Let us know what your organization is doing to help combat inequity and we will let you know if you have been chosen to receive the proceeds. 

Q. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

A. No. We ship only to Canada and the United States for now. The Little Red Fox team is working on expanding worldwide. Subscribe to our newsletter to receive an update when this occurs. 

Q. WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES? 

A. Our shipping rate is a flat $5.00 fee on all orders. 

Q. I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION NUMBER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

A. Please email littleredfoxapparel@gmail.com and provide us with your first and last name, and the email address on file. Expect a response within 72 hours for your confirmation code. 

Q. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

A. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, PayPal and ShopPay. 

Q. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?

A. If you do not receive your order within 30 days we will refund your order. Returns and exchanges are not permitted at this time.
